At Keto Chow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nutritional journey. If our products don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and a satisfaction guarantee on individual samples.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened and were purchased within the last 30 days. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bulk bags of meal replacement powder.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
